There are so many ways to officially welcome your little one(s) to the world and celebrate with family and friends.
The service can be held anywhere and can be completely secular, religious, or have elements of both.
I have lots of tried and tested ideas to make the day extra special and am also more than happy to incorporate any of your own ideas.

Types of celebration
Naming Ceremony
This is a secular service to officially announce the name of your child(ren).
It can include music, promises, readings such as poems, planting a tree and so much more.
Sometimes parents choose Life Mentors for their child to help guide them through life.
Thanksgiving Service
This service can include all of the elements that a naming ceremony can, but is slightly more spiritual, with thanks being given for the birth of the child(ren).
Dedication
This is a religious service, with the child(ren) being dedicated to God. It can includes verses from relevant scripture, hymns or songs and the appointing of Godparents.
